Does LabCloud offer tracking on incoming shipments?

Yes and No. Some vendors that are distributors may not have the ability to send confirmations or purchase order updates. We use the absolute maximum capabilities offered by the vendor. In all circumstances, our Concierge Service will try to do its best to track orders for you if a specific inquiry is made, free of charge.
